  2. The expected number of under 18s, and their ages.
  3. Please state whether you are a family group/single sex/ corporate etc.
  4. The purpose of your gathering.
  5. Your preferred dates.
  6. Other dates that you can consider.
  7. It also really helps if you can include the search route that led you to find us.
